My Project
The second half of the school year presents its own challenges for third-grade students, bringing them closer to the end-of-the-year standardized assessment. This is a time when teachers need their students to be even more focused, motivated, and eager to learn.
Snacks like chips, rice krispies, goldfish, crackers, and even sweet treats give the students the extra burst of motivation and energy needed to focus on learning and prepare them for success with 2nd-semester grades and the "big test".
These snacks will not only give the students the needed energy to concentrate and focus on the learning at hand, but they will also give them the extrinsic motivation of having the opportunity to earn sweet treats and candy as rewards for excelling on assessments and grades.
