Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Students

My students are creative, kind, thoughtful and full of questions! They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects and challenges that allow them to think outside the box to find solutions to their school work and everyday issues. They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow academically and personally.

Teaching high school is not for the faint of heart but what keeps me excited and willing to do my best everyday is my students and their dedication to help themselves succeed, despite any outside challenges that could and would hold others back.

My Project

These items will help keep my students fed and full when they need a little pick me up! As you all know, teenagers are always hungry and craving something to drink, so I made this list with the idea that this would help negate those hangry feelings. The snacks and water are easily dispensed, to students who forget their lunch or are just in need a little something to hold them over in class!

The hot chocolate will be a sweet & very appreciated treat during the cold winter months.
