My Project
I have the most amazing students who try so hard and want to do well. Today's students have so much pressure living in a digital world that I didn't have when I was their age. When we ask them to go onto computers to do their work, they always have the temptation of surfing the internet and doing what they shouldn't be doing. It takes a lot of self control for students to stay focused and do what they need to do. Many of the things that they are learning or their homework is online, and at home, not all my students have guardians who have the time to supervise them. For this reason, I want to reward my students for doing what they need and should be doing.
All students deserve to be rewarded for good behavior and now at the midpoint of the school year, I want to make sure that my students stay motivated for the rest of the year.
By giving my students snacks, you will ensure that they continue to do good work this year and have an amazing rest of the year of learning! As an inclusion teacher, I know that some students also need candy as a pick me up to give them energy to keep working when the work gets hard or they had enough but can't stop. Students also need snacks for when they are hungry and their stomachs are rumbling so they can't work. I appreciate all the donors who help my students be the best students that they can be.
