My Project

Students can't focus on learning with empty stomachs. This project will ensure that our students can stay full and focused while learning. They don't always qualify for free and reduced lunches, or families don't submit the applications. With this project, we can ensure that our students have access to breakfast and lunch no matter their financial situation. We have seen the research and it shows that students worried about their basic needs do not perform as well on tests. By providing in class opportunities for their needs to be met, we can improve their chances at academic success.
