My Students

I have 25 energetic and enthusiastic 4th graders. They are bright and full of the desire to learn. They work incredibly hard and are always interested in new learning.

My students are all amazing, hard working students that enjoy being at school.

I would like to continue to encourage their love of learning. I came to realize recently that my students have not had a normal year of school since first grade. I want to try to make this year as normal as possible for them to enhance their learning and love for school.

My Project

My students do a lot of work during each day. For most of this work they are in their seats. The school district provided chairs are hard and uncomfortable. I would like to provide my students with options other than their chairs.

By getting some yoga balls and wobble stools I will be giving my students different seating options.

These seating options will be more comfortable as well as give the students an opportunity to move in their seats.

I would also like to be able to provide snacks for students in my class that forgot their own snack for the day. It is hard to learn when you are hungry and the school is long without a snack.
