This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students are special needs students. Many come from low-income homes with a single parent or grandparents raising them. Many do not always have the bare necessitates they need.

I try my best to have snacks available for them when they get hungry but sometimes I do not have any.

This project will help me give my students snacks so they will be able to focus on their work instead of being hungry.

There are times that my students do not eat until they return to school. I would like to be able to send some snacks home with them also.
