Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

We are planning a College Preparatory Academy for students to come to the school for a week leading up to their senior year and complete their college applications. We want students to use this time to complete their college essays, request letters of recommendations, and complete their common app. They will have the opportunity to work with counselors and teachers and complete these major milestones before beginning their senior year! We all know that snacks and treats are a big motivator for high school students so I am requesting funding to go toward feeding our hardworking seniors!
