This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

My middle school students have quite a few tests to take before they end the school year. Middle school students are motivated by food, there's no questioning that!

Please help my students enjoy some snacks while they get through their testing days.

Throughout the year, students practice a math program during their regularly scheduled lab class. Normally, our lab is a STEAM lab and students work with their hands to create materials or code manipulatives to solve certain tasks. My students LOVE their lab. I noticed that when working on the math program, a snack halfway through the class, really kept them going and helped them get through the rest of the practice session.
