My Project
I am an 2nd grade teacher in Richmond, Va. I teach at a small, neighborhood school. We are a Title I school. My class is a diverse group of learners and they are all eager to learn more and explore different possibilities in all subject areas. My students may not be as fortunate as others from different parts of Richmond. We are a student centered community and I strive to give my students everything in a positive learning environment to fit their needs for learning. It is my hope to provide my studens a tasty snack because our lunch is so early 10:45am. By 2:00 pm the energy level for learning is extremly low. These tasty snacks and drinks will give the students the energy encouragment to continue on with our school day.
