My Students
I teach Pre-K, ages 3 to 5 years. All of my students have overcome adversities or live with trauma or a special need. Most of my students live in poverty. I individually try to bond with each family and put my best foot forward to get them the intervention services they need. My students are a blessing to me because each one has a special place in my heart.
I believe these students will achieve their goals in life through education and have bright futures.
I set individual goals for each student. I focus many of my lessons on science and math. These students are very young, and it is up to me to set their educational foundations.
My Project
We are in remote learning where students go with out the hot breakfast and lunch our school provided ! These snacks will be delivered to their homes to provide a light snack before zoom to help wake their brains up . Our students will be able to choose what snacks they will eat before zoom and which drinks they can enjoy while they are listening in zoom. Most of our students are low income and go hungry when school is closed ! These snack will help students focus better on zoom and give us an opportunity to talk with the families about their needs during the pandemic.
