Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
I serve a total of 20 special education students in grades 3 and 4 from diverse backgrounds. My students speak four different languages and have roots in five countries. Despite these differences, all of my students come to school ready to put in work and learn.
In the months of January and February, my students will need snacks to help them feel fueled during the multiple weeks of middle of the year exams.
The snacks requested in this project will serve as encouragement and motivation as well as nutrition through the multiple weeks of testing. Thank you for considering the impact of this project.
