My Project
My goal is to provide a welcoming learning environment with high-quality lessons and materials for all students, despite not always having the basics they need at school. My students love to learn and be challenged, so I always try to provide new and rigorous classroom activities for them to explore.
Logic puzzles and snacks are perfect partners in our classroom: students learn best and are able to sharpen their critical thinking skills when their bodies are properly fueled!
With school starting at 7:30 and many lunches ending before 12:00, the 3:00 dismissal time often leaves my students super hungry and sometimes struggling to focus! Snacks are a great way to re-up their brain power and help support success when engaging with logic puzzles and games. The new logic puzzles requested in this project, including Perplexors, will help my students develop planning, strategizing, and critical thinking skills.
