Our days are filled with so much learning and lots of fun in kindergarten! Our classroom consists of 52 ready to learn students who always have a bright smile on their face! Math, reading, writing, GrapeSEED, centers, and recess time are just a few pieces that make up a typical kindergarten day.
During school assemblies, there is a chant that includes the words "We believe that we can learn." The words in this chant definitely sum up our school, because we strive to make sure all students believe they can reach for the stars and achieve their goals!
My Project
Our students love to learn each and every day! Through the amazing generosity of donors we have been able to continually add more technology in our classroom. That being said our students also have basic needs that we are trying to meet on a daily basis. In this project we have listed many items that we use daily to keep our students happy, healthy and learning!
Keeping our students healthy is a vital part of a students success and we use many resources daily to help ensure that our students have a healthy classroom environment.
Our students eat in our classroom twice a day! We like to make sure that our students have a clean and disinfected place to eat breakfast and snack in our classroom. Using vacuums, Clorox spray, and Clorox wipes we will keep our classroom clean and healthy! Also, at snack time we have many students who do not bring a snack on a daily basis. Through donors choose we would like to increase our snack supply to make sure that our students have something to eat at snack time everyday!
