My Project
Hi I have been at my school for 10 years, I have been purchasing snacks along with other staff members to be able to give our students a little something extra to snack on throughout the day. some of our babies come to school hungry and the cant focus in class because they are hungry. I'm trying to set up an area where the kids can come and grab a bite to eat with out feeling ashamed. I know all to well how that feels. I was them at one point.
I know how important it is to not be thinking about food when its time to do class work or take a test.
Our babies deserve the best and sometimes because of my life situation I'm not always able to provide the snacks that they need and it breaks my heart. my goals for this project is just to have extra snack so student will not go hungry through the day. The containers that I am requesting is for storage to preserve the snack.
