My Project

Often my kids come to school hungry, and as a result, they can not focus on their learning.

I want to provide opportunities for my class to have snacks to keep their bellies full and their minds working hard.

I want to utilize these snacks leading up to the state test as well as during and after state testing. Testing these days is hard and this year will be my student's first year taking the NY State ELA and Math Assessments. Students spend countless hours staring at paper tests writing and reading away. This requires a lot of focus and dedication. These delicious snacks, such as Chocolate Chip Cookies, Pringles, Hershey Kisses, Charms Blow Pops, Jolly Ranchers and Life Savers will help keep my kiddos stay motivated and focused to reach their highest potential and achieve success on their state tests.
