My Project
Every day I have a student ask me for a snack. Some of our students eat lunch early and need a snack later in the day. Other students eat lunch later and need a snack earlier in the day. It is difficult to focus on learning if you are hungry. We are running out of snacks and it is time to restock.
Meeting students' needs goes beyond just academics.
The first in Maslow's Hierarchy of Needs is physiological and that includes food. I want to be able to provide students with a snack whenever they ask.
