My students come from a low-income neighborhood and they face many problems that they shouldn't! This project will help that issue! With a variety of different snacks, I will be able to ensure that my students have full bellies throughout the school day and when they leave for the day. They will be able to focus better throughout the day instead of trying to ignore their grumbling stomach! Every day our classroom enjoys an afternoon health break. During this time we enjoy a yummy snack and take in the fresh air. We are able to walk some laps or participated in a fun game to get our blood pumping. This project will help us stock up on snacks for our afternoon health break!
