My students need a laminator and laminating sheets to help them stay on schedule. My students thrive off of routine, by having a laminating machine, I will be able to quickly make schedules.

My Students

Each day is different and unique! Every day my students walk into the classroom excited and ready to learn despite the emotional and physical obstacles they may face.

Their smiles and attitudes always remind me how important my job is and the impact I am making on their lives.

My special education life skills students stay busy throughout the day with a wide variety of learning activities; they work hard and have fun. My students have autism or other sensory processing disorders and need a variety of sensory materials to help them be successful learners.

My Project

Structure and routine have proven to be some of the most important parts of a special education classroom. My special education students are in need of a way to keep track of what they should be doing and when they should be doing it. The supplies I have requested will help my students follow a routine and stay on task throughout the school day.

The laminating machine and laminating sheets will provide me a way to develop a schedule for each of my students.

By providing a schedule to each student in my classroom, they will be able to work on becoming more independent and efficient throughout the school day.
