Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In my second grade classroom, I strive to create an engaging and supportive learning environment where students feel motivated to do their best each day. One of the most effective strategies I've used is positive reinforcement through small toys and prizes as incentives for academic effort and excellent behavior. These rewards help build a sense of accomplishment and encourage students to stay focused, responsible, and enthusiastic about their learning journey.
This project seeks funding to provide a variety of toys and small incentive items that will be used throughout the school year to reinforce positive behaviors and academic achievement.
Whether my students are completing outstanding work, showing kindness to a classmate, or demonstrating model behavior, these incentives motivate and excite them to excel. With your support, I can continue to foster a classroom culture where effort is recognized, growth is celebrated, and every student feels inspired to succeed.
