My Project
Our brains prioritize survival above learning. Now more than ever students are anxious and stressed and conflicts tend to arise. Students need a calming environment to refocus. I am requesting funds to purchase 2 aromatherapy diffusers and quality essential oils.
Research has shown specific essential oils (Eucalyptus, Peppermint) can increase the attention of students as well as calm behaviors (Lemongrass, Lavender).
It is a safe and easy method to aid in student success. These kits will be placed in strategic locations for our students in need of a calmer and relaxing environment.
