Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
Our 3rd grade students look forward to the opportunity to take their learning to the next level as they prepare themselves for the future. They are surrounded by a diverse group of fellow learners in a Title I school who all learn in different ways.
Our 3rd grade students are a group of students who come from different backgrounds but with the same goal, to learn and become better.
That includes improving every aspect of their educational careers from reading, spelling, math, computers, programming, and much more.
My Project
Imagine the impact of the future when 7-8 year old students learn at a young age about malnutrition in other areas of the world and planting the seed of compassion and care. In addition to creating a compassionate generation, developing a generation that learned about the importance and developing a healthy habit of getting more active and exercising every day.
The UNICEF Kid Power is a great program that provides everything needed to inspire students to learn about malnutrition, get more active, and help others around the world.
By going through Missions that teach about different cultures and apply standards-based skills while learning that meaningful academically but also as a person in the future.
