Smart TV to Enhance Educational Opportunities

My Project

Due to ongoing educational budget cuts, I’ve been blessed with 1 class that includes both 4th and 5th graders expected to master all core content areas. As one can imagine, this comes with many obstacles that we have to overcome and adapt to.

To help elevate the difficulties that come with having two grades in the same classroom, I would love to get a portable TV so I can switch between the two groups in split lessons fluidly.

For example, on my smartboard the 4th graders might be working on a task involving drawing and labeling fractions while displayed on the portable screen are directions for the 5th grade task of adding and subtracting fractions. This allows all students to have access to directions, timers, etc. that are necessary for their academic success.
