Help me give my students a Smart TV! This will benefit 800 music students and be a wonderful resource in our classroom!

My Project

As we all know, technology changes quickly! With these changes in technology come many advantages - including Smart TVs. In the music education setting, this means that I can stream presentations while I walk around the room and engage with students. This is especially helpful when we learn ukulele and do bucket drumming in class! I need to be able to help kids while lessons are on the screen.

Students are so tech savvy and they respond best when technology keeps up with them.

This Smart TV will allow us to keep in step with the changing world as we guide them into it.

The current tv in our music classroom is from the 90s (no joke)! It sits on a huge rolling cart that gets in the way of our movement activities. This new tv and wall mount will free up floor space for the students and we are so excited to have that space! A new dvd player with HDMI capability will allow my students to occasionally watch parts of musicals, operas, and other musical videos that pertain to our class.

This project will bless the lives of 800 K-6 grade students!
