This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Project

Each year toward the end of the year I box up all of my children's Magna - Tiles and I bring them into the classroom. The students' imaginations explode with small world play and they are involved with these toys for the majority of the school day. In this project I am requesting a large variety of Magna- Tile animals, vehicles, and people to have in our classroom year round.

My goals for this project is to bring small world play into our classroom!

My students often are home and don't explore the community around them so this would be an awesome opportunity to bring the community to them.
