This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Cereal without milk wouldn't be complete; we need to complete some of our materials!
I teach 25 energetic, ready to learn kindergarteners.
For most of my students this is their first school experience, and I want it to be a memorable one! Kindergarten sets the foundation for the rest of their educational careers, and your donation will help me maximize their experiences. Our school is located in South Los Angeles, CA. We are a 100% Title I school, which means all of our students qualify for free meals.
My Project
I am requesting material to complete some of the things that we already have in our classroom. We need markers for our whiteboards, cutters for our playdough, and stands for our puzzles and puppets to help us stay organized and headphones to use with our tablets and computer. I am also requesting materials that will help my students in math, such as the sorting activities, number lines and addition/subtraction machines. The writing practice boards and word building game to use during language arts.
These materials will help my students become more engaged in their learning.
Thank you, donors, for all your time and support. Your donations are greatly appreciated. Every dollar will make a huge difference! Thank you!
