My Project

Dear Donors,

I am so excited to introduce you to my amazing class of 9!

I am beyond excited to see what we can accomplish together this year. Through hard work and dedication, I know my students will not only achieve but exceed my expectations. I am the proud teacher of a TK/K/1 Strategic Autism class at a Title 1 school. I am teaching a brand-new class and have been blessed with the items necessary to set up and get started, but we still need some things to help us achieve the best learning environment I can provide. My students have a need for sensory items to explore and play with as well as things that provide comfort like weighted blankets and pillows. They love to explore and play in our little yard but it’s pretty bare right now and I would love to incorporate more items so we can really get down to having some fun during non-instruction time. They get a break, and we get to explore cooking in the playhouse and planting a real garden. I will be working hard to get the items we need but it isn’t always easy on a teacher’s salary. All of our children deserve the best we can give, that is my promise, to give my all for the betterment of my students and to advocate on their behalf at all times. Please help me make our dream class a reality! Thank you so much!
