it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
In classrooms today, diversity is quite an understatement. We have not only students from many different backgrounds and different learning paces, but we also have students on a huge scale of learning strategies that help each of them best. As a teacher, we are to best assist and use as many methods as we can so that our students can understand the content. In a special education classroom like my own, we need to do this even more so. We accomplish this in our learning centers in small group differentiated instruction.
The pens, sharpies, and dry erase markers are to give students additional writing utensils, as well as help myself and my assistant teachers address students with their assignments, while the storage bins are to store these materials, along with resources to facilitate different learning groups with references or worksheets.
