My Students

When I went to school all I needed was two notebooks but now students need a notebook for each subject. Their backpacks are so heavy and the notebooks all look the same! Please help me purchase small notebooks that will lighten their load and correction tape to help fix mistakes.

My awesome third graders live in an urban neighborhood in New York City.

They are a diverse group of learners; some are general education students, some are special education students, and they are all colors and sizes. They do have one thing in common- they work hard.

My Project

My students would love small notebooks that fit in their reading baggies and folders. This will help them stay organized and will lighten their backpacks. Each night they have to carry a few notebooks- homework, reading, and writing. They would be so grateful to have correcting tape for writing time too. We are going to start using pens soon.

Please help my students get supplies that will help them continue to do their best and stay organized.

They are a really deserving group. I have never had a class that has worked so hard and wrote so much. Please provide them with materials that will be used every day.
