Small Items, Big Impact: A Hygiene Drawer Built with Love!

My Project

In our 4th grade classroom, I strive to create a space where every student feels safe, supported, and ready to learn. But sometimes, students come to school without access to basic hygiene items that many take for granted—like deodorant, tissues, hand sanitizer, or a hairbrush. Whether they’re in a rush, going through changes, or just need a little extra care, I want them to know there’s a place they can turn without fear or embarrassment.

This project will help me create a discreet hygiene drawer in our classroom—stocked with essential items that students can access quietly and as needed.

These small items can make a big difference in how a child feels about themselves, and that confidence can ripple into their learning and interactions throughout the day. Your support will help ensure that every student can focus on being a kid and doing their best, without worrying about what they don’t have.
