This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students come from a high risk, low-income area of Los Angeles California, and they are used to not having many materials at their expense. We do what we can of course, but my grade level has now included a structured play center and I realized we don't have much to give them.

I chose to include some building toys that I know my littles will love and some manipulatives for phonemic awareness centers.

All resources will be put to use in an organized and responsible fashion. Thank you so much in advance!
