Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
These tablets will help my students participate in guided small group instruction to help build reading skills and annotation skills to improve comprehension. Most importantly, the students will be able to use these skills to strengthen their writing using the best textual evidence to support their claims.
I am an instruction specialist for students with exceptional mild to moderate disabilities.
My main goal in the classroom is to provide my students learning opportunities that maximize their academic success. I enjoy working with my 9th and 11th grade students in the general education classroom, co-teaching with the general education teacher. We look to support all students achieving their highest level of academic success.
