Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Students
Our students are humble, gracious, motivated, and caring despite the challenges they encounter. Our school is located in Corona, Queens, NY and comprised of more than 90% low-income families who desperately need the resources and tools so that they can succeed with blended and remote learning! We have made a lot of academic progress over the last year and we want to ensure their success. Please, if you can spare a small donation and help spread the word, you will change a life during this ordeal and we will eternally be grateful.
My Project
These books, activities, and resources will continue to enhance my students' literacy skills and math skills! I strive to create a classroom with a range of opportunities in which students can enjoy learning and where students can explore a range of learning styles!
By providing my students with these resources, I can continue to foster independence and increase their literacy and math skills, while also fostering a love for learning!
Every student should love school and learning; therefore, by providing them with these resources, they can work together and in small groups to achieve their independent learning goals!
