Small Group Games

My students need a puppet theater for their Dramatic/Retelling Center. My students need games for their Science, Math, and Reading Centers.

My Students

My students are very excited about learning this year.

I teach in a low income high, poverty school district within Oklahoma City.

Many of the students who come to my school have parents who are not able to help them at home. Many students receive their only meals of the day while at school. My students are eager to learn and grow.

My Project

The materials I am requesting will be used during center time. Students will be able to learn in small groups using hands on materials instead of worksheets. I will be able to pull individual students or small groups to work on specific skills that my students need to master. The Language Arts, Math, and Science games will be used by my students in small groups. The puppet theater will allow students to retell familiar stories as well as allow them to use their imagination to create their own stories. The help yourself supply center will be used at the teacher table to help my students and I to stay organized.

The donations to this project will improve my classroom by allowing students to learn with hands-on materials.

Students will be able to learn in small groups of students while I am able to pull individual students or small group to work on specific skills that my students need help on.
