My Project

Becoming kindergarten teacher is something you cannot prepare for. Kindergarten students need more hands-on learning as they develop. I am building a classroom environment that helps students stay engaged in learning, while having fun. These manipulatives will create more independence for students and building fine-motor skills.

Kindergarten is self-contained, meaning that we teach all subjects.

Students need reading and math centers that facilitate hands-on learning. As the year goes on, kindergarten will advance more to higher-level thinking, while using the same manipulatives.

We enjoy having our kindergarten students learn and stay engaged as they explore.
