My Project

Hello, I am a third-year 1st-grade teacher. This school year I moved to a new school in the same county. The school I am at is a Title I school, which serves low-income students in a very rural community. I have 19 students in my classroom this year, and our school population is around 400 students.

This table would be a great resource for our classroom that we would use every day!

I would love to have a horseshoe table in my classroom to work with students in small groups. Right now, it is hard to group students and work in small groups due to not having a table to accommodate group work.

This table would give me an advantage in keeping students on task, as well as being able to provide them with appropriate help. For the students, this would give them a chance to work with peers on tasks and give them a chance to communicate with their classmates.
