My Students

Our school is serious about wellness. In the past three years, we have been working to make physical fitness a more lifetime activity for our students. Currently, we have a large number of students who lift in the summer and want to keep up the progress throughout the school year.

Students are excited about their opportunities in the Physical Fitness classes.

Classes for personal fitness are full. Each student has chosen to be in this class and expects to be in better health when they leave the class. Physical fitness classes are going beyond the weight room. Students are excited to learn more about being healthy.

My Project

We are serious about fitness. This past year we have been working to make our personal fitness class, just that personal. Our students are learning all different kinds of traditional and non traditional ways to be healthy and fit. Adding slam fitness balls would broaden our ability to work with students in achieving their fitness goals.

The donations to this project will help students become stronger and healthier individuals.

Becoming more physically fit, not only helps students with body compositions but also helps them achieve in classroom. Student who are active, achieve higher test scores and are more likely to maintain lifetime fitness if started at an young age.
