Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our student-athletes are simply amazing. The amount of effort they put forth in the classroom is matched completely by the effort they put forth on the basketball court. As the season approaches, these student-athletes are finding it difficult to find the resources to practice basketball, since their basketballs are rarely holding air. Regardless, our athletes have still given their very best effort in the sport they love. They show up to practice daily, commit extra time to perfecting their craft, and are on time to classes the very next day.
In order to have a strong season, our athletes need basketballs for both indoor and outdoor practices.
The spirit and unity of the team are already there. With the assistance of basketballs to help them improve their athletic skills, they will be even stronger as they work toward accomplishing their goals. These basketballs will help them to continue to hone their skills and become the best basketball players they can be as they receive direction from their coaches.
Our basketball team is poised to have a strong season as they bounce back from a tough season last year, and these supplies will help them do it.
