Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students are 3-4 sport athletes who have joined a sport-focused physical education class. In this class students learn how to lift weights, increase speed and agility and train for their sports teams.
Slam balls are versatile equipment that can be used in many different ways during workouts.
They will be used in various workouts to increase strength and endurance. Slam balls can be used to create any type of workout, ranging from upper body, lower body to core. This equipment is also very durable, which will lead to many students using the slam balls for years to come.
