This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My students love to be in the art room and to use their imagination to create works of art. To develop their skills and assist them in their growth as artists, they need several supplies that we are currently lacking. We have over 700 students and each student creates about 4 to 5 works of art each semester. We go through countless pencils, erasers, and paper. I try my best to create and plan lessons that use a diverse range of supplies and develop a wide variety of their skills. New supplies will help me to continue doing that.
