My Students

These students are among the most diverse in the nation. At our school alone there are 83 languages and dialects spoken. They live in one of the highest crime areas and in some of the highest poverty levels with 78% of students receiving free or reduced-price lunch in an urban district.

These children are eager to learn and be 21st-century ready leaders to become lifelong learners.

These students could use a variety of materials to assist them in filling learning gaps of our lowest Title I learners and English Language students students along with opportunities to challenge our Gifted and Talented students. Next fall we will be with limited outside Art instruction, therefore I would like to integrate Art myself into STEM, and give students the necessities they need/want.

My Project

These cushions will help students in their seats and on the floor as they are learning. These sit upons are designed to help students concentrate longer while on their computer or reading.

Help this class feel more comfortable to concentrate longer on tasks, tests, field work and while reading for life.

These students have asked for these cushions so they can work with more focus and be able to work outside as out playground is under construction, or they can work out at our pond, or in circle time.

These cushions come with crates therefore student will be able to learn responsibility and keep them clean and organized.
