My Students

Oakwood Grade School is a community of learners and a family. Students love learning and enjoy being in school with their friends and teachers. The students support each other and the teachers truly want what is best for their students. Oakwood students strive for excellence and want to improve in all areas of learning.

My Project

These chairs will help 3 classrooms at OGS. We want our students to be able to be comfy when learning. These types of seats will help with student choice and enable the students to pick where they learn best in the classroom.

I truly believe that student choice in the classroom allows for students to have ownership in the classroom.

These chairs are sturdy for middle school age students and will hold up throughout the school year. I know these pieces of furniture will excite the children and allow them to fidget and move when needed. We all want to be comfy when learning.
