My Students

My students are kindergarten, first and second graders. I teach them all in a small group setting, My students have a love for learning and are so curious about the world around then. I will often ask if they are ready for a challenge and they will quickly say yes with a big smile on their faces!! My students teach me things every day! They make teaching fun and exciting! My students inspire me to be the best teacher I can be!

My Project

The various seating options I have requested are ones that I believe will help my students attend better and therefore learn more.

I currently have a wobble stool on loan and all of my students want to sit on it and it does already seem to help many of them with their focus.

They all become very excited when they are given a turn.

I use to have a bean bag chair but because it was used so often in my book corner it became very flat!! I know my students would love to have bean bag chairs to sit in. I know this will engage them and make the book corner a fun place to read!

I know that all these different seating options will allow my students to attend and enjoy the learning process a little more.
