My Project

I have some of the best students in our school! They are motivated, excited to learn, and full of energy. Many of my students also have reasons why they have trouble sitting still in a traditional classroom setting. It is a struggle for them to sit in a hard chair at a table and pay attention. I want to give them the opportunity to sit more comfortably and have more flexible seating so they can continue to be motivated and learn. I also have some special education students in music class that need ways to be apart and sitting at a table is not always the best option. Classroom management requires me to have a specific place for students to learn and these floor chairs/cushions will help so much! Flexible seating allows students to take charge of their learning and make the choices that work best for them.

Making sure students are comfortable is an essential component in motivating them to learn and be active in the classroom activities.

It is amazing how something as simple as where or how students sit can positively affect their learning and attitudes toward learning. Thank you!
