These items are going to be used to conference with students, to allow guests to have a place to sit and chat with students, as well as provide a fidget stand for guests and students who just need to get their wiggle out. It happens to us all and with the bands, wobble seat and stands, ours have been used so much that it's time to add a few more.
These items provide the space and freedom of movement that are empowering in the classroom.
As far as the students in the classroom being special, they are. I want to provide them with as many useful items in the classroom as I can. When I notice something is working and it allows them to focus or want to be in the classroom, I pay attention and note those things. These are a few items that I want to make additions to because they are being used by the students, teachers, and guests of the classroom.
