My Project

Music is a way to tell a story. Through instruments and lyrics, music can help give mood and emotion to a story. My students love hearing musical stories at the end of class. They love adding instruments to stories or listening to a recording of the story with music.

Some students need help visualizing the story of the song.

These books will help students - like those who are English Language Learners - see the music. They are a great way to calm a class after singing and dancing together and having a variety of stories to choose from means that they students can hear new stories almost every week!!!
