This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help my students sing their hearts out in their performances! The students at RPHS chose this specialized fine & performing arts high school so they could learn more about vocal music. While they learn all kinds of things like voice science, music theory, and ensemble singing, their favorite thing to do is sing their solo songs! There is so much to learn from solo singing, from leadership, to stage presence, to vocal technique, which is why I wish for these items to help them in their performance-based learning!

By giving students this equipment, you're amplifying the song in their hearts!

Our singers will love plugging in their phones to play and sing a song they wrote, or their favorite musical theatre piece! These will be mostly used in the rehearsal room, but will sometimes be included for performances. This gives our students the application of real-life performing skills, helping them grow as musical leaders.
