My students are creative, bright, humorous young adults who are trying to find their way in our growing world. They work hard to analyze and to think deeply. Like most teenagers, they are eager to explore the world on their own and to develop their own voices.
Many of my students excitedly bounce into my room ready to thoughtfully explore various topics in my warm, inviting classroom.
They take time to think critically and to articulate their thoughts intelligently and always feel free to be themselves.
My Project
I do everything I can to foster creativity in the classroom. The Silhouette Cameo will provide me with tools to make classroom projects easy and fun. I will also use the Silhouette Cameo to improve classroom environment and to make my classroom a place that students want to be. As teachers, we always need to make the most of the time we are given. Having tools that make our job easier are immensely important. The Silhouette Cameo will allow me to create art projects, bulletin board displays, label classroom materials, create student keepsakes, and more. I cannot wait to experiment and see what more this machine is capable of doing to enhance my students' creativity. Thank you for your generous contribution!

When students are given positive encouragement, it helps them develop good emotional and mental wellness. I want nothing more than to offer this to my students. I would like to use the Silhouette to help them create warm, encouraging decorations.
