My students attend a diverse, inclusive, and amazing Title I school in upstate New York. I am in my sixteenth year teaching in this wonderful school district!
I teach students with special needs who are truly amazing!
My students work so hardbut struggle with a variety of subject areas. I work with intermediate students to provide additional support in math and literacy. I work with an all-star staff and I'm lucky to work with many of the different classrooms in my school. All of the students at my school receive free breakfast and lunch. Also, all of the students I work with always try their best each and every day. The students at my school are fantastic and I truly love working with them so much!
My Project
It has been a hard four weeks being away from my students. During this time I have sent my students a letter each week. These letters make them smile and I love seeing their responses on our Google Classroom. I want to have supplies to provide cards and stamps that can be used for each student to keep in touch with each other. Sending some friendly letters to one another to keep in touch brings smiles to our faces during this time.
Students are able to see the friendly letters that have been receiving.
I would like to have stamps and cards available for them to write me back! The stickers will be put on the cards to help add a smile to their faces. Thank you for your support in getting stamps and greeting cards.
