My students need challenging sight word and phonics activities to take them to the next academic level.

My Students

High achieving students are just as likely to drop out of school as struggling students. I need challenging sight word and phonics materials to stretch my high achieving students academically.

The students in my classroom come from diverse cultural and socio-economic backgrounds.

They require academic challenges while remaining age appropriate. There is a high level of parent volunteers in the class and at the school. There is an equal number of dual income families, too. In these difficult economic times, it has been difficult to acquire more than the basic needs for my classroom.

My Project

I am requesting interactive and engaging language games to increase my students vocabulary and ability to manipulate letter sounds to form words. There is also a sight word game that will increase fluency in reading while keeping high student interest. The sentence writing tools will help students practice forming proper sentences in small groups. All these tools together, will help to reach my high achieving students and challenge their abilities.

These new language tools and games will increase student engagement and help to stretch my high achieving students.

These educational resources will be used for many years to come. Thanks for your support.
