This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our team is composed of high-needs students and they oftentimes don't have much by way of money or resources. This baseball glove will allow the baseball team and its players to have a long-lasting, quality glove, which our infielders, of the present and future, will all benefit from.
Many of them share gloves already, making practice sometimes uncomfortable and embarrassing for those who don't own a glove.
I want to be able to provide all my students and players with an opportunity to play baseball and utilize the team equipment proudly and without shame, that they don't have the resources to have a baseball glove. Please help our baseball team out and provide these bright young men with the equipment to shine on and off the field.
